Defective Product
We're incredibly confident in the quality of our product. Unfortunately, on the odd occasion, a product may damage during transit or arrive defective. If this is the case, please email us at support@ozzihome.com with proof of the defective product and we will provide a free re-shipment. Emails for defective products must be sent within 90 days of delivery of the product.
How do I return something?
Our Returns Policy time frame is 90 days from when an order arrives at your address. You are welcome to return an item from your order if it’s not quite right for you, as long as the item is still in its original condition. Please note that we do not currently have an exchange system in place. The buyer is responsible for returning the product/s to us for assessment, repair or exchange. Please note that original priority shipping fees are non-refundable.

Safety is our top priorities, so certain items can’t be returned:
- Pest Control products containing active ingredients
When you’re shipping your items back to us, the best idea is to choose a mailing option that gives you the option to track the package, as well as one that offers you compensation for loss of or damage to your parcel. If the package doesn’t reach us, we won’t be able to process your return, so it’s important that you make sure it stays safe in transit. Please wrap your package carefully so it doesn’t get damaged in the returns process, as we won’t be able to exchange or refund damaged products.

How do I cancel my order?
If you need us to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch as soon as you can. Once an order is in our system, it can’t be edited and we can’t usually stop our warehouse from completing the shipping process once it has started, so it’s important that you let us know as early as possible. If we manage to prevent your order from being dispatched, we will cancel it and you’ll receive a full refund. If we’re unable to do so, don’t worry! You can return your order to us using the process above.
